Yes, there are buses running on the San Roque road bridge, that connects Encarnacion and the Argentinean town of Posadas. Go to the bus terminal and from the other side take the 'Posadas' or "Argentina' bus. The comun one is $1.50 and takes 30 minutes while the Rapido one is $3 and goes faster through the frontiers. Take care of your bags and keep your ticket.
